iCHART Overview

iChart creates a master patient index that integrates school registrar data with evolving health record in a state-of-the-art Internet Patient Record. Information is captured on standard encounter forms pre-printed for each visit and then batch entered by clerical personal tracking all events for each medical encounter.

The health record is securely managed according to HIPAA guidelines and is available for analysis of outcomes or quality assurance analysis.

Custom forms can be requested and developed for special clinics like immunization. Integrated scheduling allows for scheduling multiple clinics and multiple providers. Pull lists for charts are created daily to assure the paper record is always available at the appropriate clinic appointment.
