Dr Weston is the recent past President & Worldwide Medical Director for International SOS Assistance, Inc. - the world's largest medical assistance company. He traveled worldwide improving the worldwide call center network serving over 1500 Corporate Clients, providing executive sales support and improving medical communications within the company and with clients. Dr. Weston developed Travel Care® - the world's first complete Internet Travel Health Information System. As editor (1992-1999), he tracked major travel health risks and immunization requirements for advising employees of agencies including the CIA, multi-national Corporations, major assistance companies, missionaries and other at risk organizations.

In 1999, Dr. Weston founded CareSmart LLC, a new technology development firm. Today we specialize in three areas: 1) developing web application tools to enhance in-house development projects, 2) licensing tools to partnering ASP developers, and 3) identifying special niche market opportunities in which we can use our innovative technologies as key enablers to rapidly capture a growth market.

His credentials include: 1) MD (Cornell), 2) Fellow Tropical Medicine (LSU), 3) Board-certification in Family Practice and ER 4) Board of Directors for COSTAR (Harvard’s Computer Stored Ambulatory Record System), 5) Associate Clinical Professor in Family and Preventive Medicine (UCSD), 6) contributing author to 5 Minute Clinical Consult and 7) Certificate in Management Development for Entrepreneurs from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and Price Center for Entrepreneurial Studies.
