In a simpler project, we examined Zentangle as a method of thinking about space. Initially we filled the paper with designs then calculated the percentage of space taken up by each of the designs. On the second day of this activity they use the exact same patterns but change the percentage of the page they took up to see what kind of influence that had on the viewer.
