Crescent Bay view to Mount Brown

The Track

The track is well made and is for a good portion on new ground, including several bridges. One of these was a substantial structure that enabled a view down Maingon Blowhole and another was a long walkway around a rocky bay. Prior to the bay there is a junction with the track to Mount Brown, with the first 5 minutes again well made to end at a lookout. Beyond is the old ascent track to the top.

Once at Crescent Bay you can walk along the beach and there are a few options here, one being to go behind or over the dunes and another is to the end of the beach and Standup Point where there are two blowholes.
