Troop 1430 Parents and Scouts,
Please join us for Jason Thomas' Eagle Court of Honor on Sunday, June 12, 2016, at 3:00 p.m at the Dulles South Multipurpose Center. The ceremony itself is brief, and importantly refreshments will follow soon after!
Scouts should arrive at 2:45 p.m. to organize and assign roles to scouts (flags, rank cards, etc.) and should be in their full Class A uniform.
The ceremony will start at 3:00 p.m. sharp.
I would like to encourage our younger scouts to attend. Eagle Courts of Honor are great motivators, and, as a bonus, for scouts needing to meet troop event attendance requirements for rank advancement (5 events for Second Class,10 events for First Class), attendance at an Eagle Court of Honor counts as an official scouting event.
