In order to request a Board of Review for your advancement to your next rank, you will need to do the following (you might want to print out this procedure and keep it in your handbook):
1. Have all the requirements signed off in your Handbook
2. Request and receive your Advancement Report from the Advancement Coordinator (Mr. Aviles) by emailing him at troop1430.advancements@gmail.com
3. Transfer your requirement dates from your Handbook to the Advancement Report
4. Schedule and complete your Scoutmaster Conference in uniform with an ASM or the SM (bring your filled in Advancement Report)
5. Schedule your Board of Review for at least one week after your Scoutmaster Conference by filling in the following online form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScDEvzgx1_MZhpe6hngR0_Dx0AaijhpTftxAJ520xbw-5gUCw/viewform?c=0&w=1
6. Receive confirmation of your Board of Review date and attend the review in full uniform with your completed Advancement Form
If successful, the BOR Coordinator will forward the signed Advancement Form to the Advancement Coordinator to be added to your advancement record.
