CLASS K 2-8-0 Type
NINE EX-FITCHBURG "CONSOLIDATION" TYPE ENGINES WERE ON THE ROSTER AT THE TIME OF THE 1911 CLASSIFICATION BUT ALL OTHER B&M 2-8-0's WERE THE 20x30 INCH CYLINDERED ENGINES CLASSIFIED K-5, K-6, AND K-7 AND THE HEAVY 22x30 INCH CYLINDERED K-8 GROUP.
K-4 CLASS
K-4-e 2302 was built by the Rhode Island Locomotive Works in 1886 as Fitchburg RR 109.
It was renumbered 407 and B&M 1068 and scrapped 1928. Shown at Billerica, Mass. in 1923.
K-4-a 2304 was built by the Rhode Island Locomotive Company in 1886 as Fitchburg RR 192 and scrapped 1928.

K-5-c 2322 was built by the Schenectady Locomotive Works in 1901 as 1153 and scrapped 1929.

K-6-a 2350 was built by the Schenectady Locomotive Works in 1902 as Number 1163.
Became St.J&LC 33 when sold in 1930.
K-7 CLASS
