All Board of Directors (BoD) meetings are open to all members, except in cases where the BoD may discuss another member’s personal information. To protect a member’s privacy, the BoD will conduct those types of discussions in private.
As a small association, with limited business, we hold BoD meetings as needed.
In accordance with the Bylaws, the BoD is not required to provide advance notice of regular BoD meetings. However, if a member wishes to attend a BoD meeting, he or she can request to be notified of the time/place of the next meeting.

Like the Board of Director meetings, the Architectural Standards Committee (ASC) meetings are held as needed and are not scheduled on a re-occurring basis.
Upon submission of an Application for Review, the ASC has 30 days from receipt of the application to provide a decision on the application.
Any member who wishes to address the ASC during the review period, may submit a written request to do so before any action is taken on the application.
