About the Committee
The Bock Community Garden is owned by the City of Middleton and run by an independent volunteer board.
The Committee's mission is to ensure Bock Community Garden is successful by:
Supporting gardeners' needs
Enforcing the garden rules
Providing clear communication
Integrating the concerns of Bock gardeners with the Friends of Pheasant Branch and surrounding neighborhood

Time and Location
The Garden Committee meets once a month at 7:00 pm on the second Thursday, unless otherwise noted.
Bock Community Garden Board will be meeting primarily virtually via Zoom. If the weather is nice in May, June, July, and August, some committee members meet on the shed porch with the Zoom meeting on a device for a hybrid virtual/in-person meeting.
The 2024 meeting schedule is:

The committee doesn't meet in December.
Attendance
Garden Committee members are not required to attend, but are expected to submit a report to the Garden Chair prior to the meeting to be read into the minutes.
Gardeners are welcome to attend any meeting.
If a Gardener desires to address the committee, please submit an email to the Garden Coordinator indicating the topic of discussion.
The Garden Chair will do their best to accommodate such requests.
Agenda Topics
Gardeners are welcome to request topics to be discussed at the meeting.
Topics for the meeting agenda must be submitted to the Garden Coordinator via bockgarden@gmail.com by Tuesday prior to the meeting.
The Garden Chair determines the agenda based upon garden priorities and available meeting time.
Minutes from past meetings are available upon request.
