Chapter 2
Bangkok Kunsthalle -- 1000, 600 Students
Twenty years after I AM A DEMON propelled him onto the international stage, Pichet Klunchun returns with Chapter 2, a bold and contemplative solo performance that reflects on his artistic journey, physical limitations, and evolving intellectual concerns. Renowned for transforming traditional khon dance from within, Pichet now turns his gaze inward—examining his own injured body in dialogue with the strict demands of classical form. Chapter 2 continues Pichet’s role as a restless provocateur—this time questioning whether feeling, vulnerability, and wisdom can survive alongside their machinic counterparts.

Riding the Rhythm (A Work in Progress)
Bangkok Kunsthalle -- 400, 300 Students
Riding the Rhythm emerges from choreographer Kornkarn Rungsawang’s dialogue with her father about OOK-MA (Horse Dance), an improvised folk li-kay performance once performed by her grandfather in 1968. This encounter sparks a reflection on rhythm as living knowledge—transmitted through bodies, memory, and shared experience across generations. Through the embodied practice of horse riding, Kornkarn explores rhythm as trust, vulnerability, and mutual attentiveness.
