Bangkok Youth Opera presents Musical Director and Conductor Mickey Wongsathapornpat with a long-overdue Thailand premiere of this delightful comic opera. Director and Choreographer Darren Lee Royston, who has staged the piece to critical acclaim in the UK, has transported the action from 19th-century Rome to modern-day Bangkok, and Don Pasquale to a middle-aged Chinese man trying to teach his game-addicted nephew, Ernesto, a lesson in what is sure to be an evening of gut-wrenching laughter.
