BHNA hosts a neighborhood block party, usually held on National Night Out, where neighbors gather to share a meal, listen to music, and get to know one another.
This year's block party was held August 4 at Bigelow Park, 1220 Bigelow Avenue Northeast
The neighborhood association supplied burgers (beef and vegetarian), hot dogs, and all the fixins. Neighbors were invited to bring side dishes or desserts to share. There was face painting for the little ones.
