Free Tutoring

There are currently (information last updated 9/17/19) three free tutoring options for students:

Math Department Tutoring

Berkeley High offers free tutoring staffed by teachers with the following hours:

Monday -- Thursday 3:30-4:30 in the following locations:

Math 1: H112

Math 2: H207

Math 3: H307

CCC Tutoring

Monday-Thursday 3:30-6pm in the College and Career Center.

Students can receive help from college tutors in any subjects.

Sunday Math Party

Most Sundays 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Sports Basement/

Optional pre-registration airs.com/mathpartystudentsignup to save your spot in advance, or just come by!

• Free one-on one or small group tutoring by professional tutors, retired teachers, math professionals and peers

• Yummy treats like Clif Bars, rice crispy treats, M&Ms, red vines, cheese and crackers

• Important: bring some work you’d like to get help on

BHS Math Party offers a safe, upbeat environment with free tutoring to support math learning for all Berkeley High students taking Math 1, Math 2, and Math 3. These sessions are meant to augment the classroom experience and after-school tutoring at Berkeley High.The emphasis is on having fun, building math confidence and increasing understanding of math.
