Maker Space Challenges

Jam has a challenge for you while you are social distancing yourself from school. When you have some free time and want to have some fun design yourself a model of a Time Machine using your imagination!

There are three parts to this challenge:

1) Design a Time Machine and draw it.

2) Make a model of your Time Machine.

3) Write a story about your Time Machine.

Details:

Draw a picture of what you think a Time Machine would look like. Use the attached sheet. This will need to be turned in with your model.

Build your model. Model Size no smaller than 8 inches x 8 inches and no bigger than 2 feet x 2 feet. We have included some supplies in your packet that you can use. You can also use supplies from home. Re-purpose house hold garbage like bottles, boxes, toilet paper tubes to use. Just make sure materials are clean.

Create your Story. Write Your Story about the Time Machine and the person’s adventures riding in the time machine traveling back in time or traveling into the future. It needs to be at least one page long and no longer than two pages long. Sheet attached to use for your story.

Turn in what you can get done when we return to school and Jam is back in session.
