MakerSpace at Jam

MakerSpace is one of the After-School Activities featured every week at Jam. We travel to the Library twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and complete projects developing skills in the fields of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math). We also incorporate challenges for the students to complete, which develop their problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

At MakerSpace, students can work with:

• Light and Sound Kits
• Lego Robots
• Ozobots and Spheros
• Sewing
• Cardboard and Duct Tape Creations
• 3-D Printing
• Raspberry Pie
• Stop Motion/Claymation Videos
