Thursday, November 21, 2019, Belle Isle Park Advisory Committee (BIPAC) Meeting. 9 a.m. - 11 a.m., Nature Center, Belle Isle. Anyone can sign up for public comment at the meeting. Each person has three minutes to comment or ask questions. Let the DNR and the BIPAC hear your thoughts and answer your questions.
