*Schedule is in Central Time*
If you are interested in being a Challenge Patron, please contact the Provost, Lorelei Skye.
In general Patrons are the host/ess of a Challenge. They are the ones who call up those who signed up for the challenge one at a time, and provide a small token for those who perform.
Below more info on being a challenge patron!
Click here to show information on being a challenge Patron: *New 2022, collapsible list!
Select a challenge to Patron, contact the Provost with your first and 2nd choices (in case the first is taken).
If anything happens and it turns out you will not be attending the event; please do contact the Provost(s) to let them know, and which Challenge you were listed as the Patron.
Day of the event: You will receive the sign-up list for your challenge as the Fyt starts
At the start of your challenge, announce the name of the challenge and description (will be on the sign-up sheet.)
During the challenge, call participants to perform in order of the list; Do your best with the name pronunciation and/or reading folks handwriting. ;)
As all those who participate finish, provide each a token**.
(Most challenges will have between 10-15 performance slots; and small groups of people could perform together.)
IF your challenge isn't full and finishes "early"/quickly; consult the Provost if there is time to call out and add others.
**A token can be just about anything, bring about 20-24. Some ideas: Beads or rings; various small arts and crafts items; homemade or bought cookies/baked goods (*encouraged to have ingredient list handy); small blank books; bookmarks; something that relates to the challenge - example: once a patron for 'Stir Fry' gave mini-magnet poetry samples.
Contact Provost Lorelei Skye with any other questions!
