Parent Resources

Library program: Did you know your student can do research on our school databases from the comfort of your own home? Yes, they can! The school databases, available through the links on the left, are excellent resources to use because the resources listed in them match the curriculum standards that our school uses. Instead of getting caught up in an internet search that yields thousands of results, the majority of which are not reliable sources, have your student spend their time more wisely by using the databases the school (and our AEA) pays for.

Volunteer: Parents are always welcome in the Media Center! If you would like to volunteer your time, talents or hard-earned cash, we are only an email, phone call, or visit away!

Get Techy:

Podcasts: A podcast is an audio or video file (usually free) that a user can download and listen to anytime. There are many different podcasts available on a wide range of topics. Many students really like listening to information, so this is an ideal medium for them. For a list of podcasts available from itunes, check http://www.apple.com/itunes/podcasts/.

Google Products: Google has a wide variety of free applications available.
