COURSE (1) - PANCHA-TANTRA-KATHAAH course for all ages 8+

AARSHA VIDYAA BHAARATI (AVB) announces a new course via Zoom to help beginners of

the Samskritam language to start reading Samskritam fluently and start comprehending simple PANCHA-TANTRA STORIES.  Personal attention will be given to every student.

Date & Time : Sundays, 3:30 to 4:30 PM CT, Course starts on Sunday 18-JAN-2026  (WEEKLY ONCE)

Prerequisites : Able to read devanAgarii words and sentences

Age Limit: 8+ ages

Teacher: Sri. Chandrasekhar Vellore

Course contribution (per student): $400 for all of 2026, or $225 per semester.

COURSE (2) - Learn Sanskrit through Shrimad Bhagavad GeetA - GEETAA PRAVESHA (2026)

AARSHA VIDYAA BHAARATI (AVB) announces a new intermediate level IMMERSION course via Zoom to help kids and adults to perfect the pronunciation and comprehension of Sanskrit through a study of the verses of Shrimad Bhagavad GeetA, using the GEETAA SOPAANAM / GEETAA PRAVESHA books from Samskrita Bharati..

Exercises will be done in the class in a group setting.  

Personal attention will be given to every student. 

Some students may have the goal of taking the entrance exam for their M.A (Sanskrit) course at the Hindu University of America. This course helps them to succeed in that entrance exam (SPT - Sanskrit Proficiency Test).

NOTE : This course is quite comprehensive, in the sense that it covers both the advaita vedAnta perspective, and the deep Samskritam grammatical aspects too, apart from teaching the correct way to chant every Bhagavad GeetA verse.

Start date : Saturdays, 8:30 to 9:30 AM CT, starts from Saturday, 17-JAN-2026  (WEEKLY ONCE)

Prerequisites : Should know beginner level Sanskrit, including vibhaktis and basic 4 lakArAs 

Age Limit: 10+ ages

COURSE (3) - Intermediate Level Sanskrit Immersion Course - BHAASHAA-PRAVESHA - LEVEL 2 - (2026)

AARSHA VIDYAA BHAARATI (AVB) announces a new intermediate level IMMERSION course via Zoom to help kids and adults to perfect their Sanskrit grammar through a series of simple lessons and conversations from the BHAASHAA-PRAVESHA books 1 and 2 (published by Samskrita BhArati).

Exercises will be done in the class in a group setting. 

Some students may have the goal of taking the entrance exam for their M.A (Sanskrit) course at the Hindu University of America. This course helps them to succeed in that entrance exam (SPT - Sanskrit Proficiency Test).

the Samskritam language to come up to speed and open up their own  world of vast and limitless treasure of knowledge in Sanskrit works.

Homework will be done mostly in the classes. Examination is optional at the end of the course!  Personal attention will be given to every student.

Start date : Sundays, 9:45 AM CT, starts on Sunday, 18-JAN-2026  (WEEKLY ONCE)
