Chandrasekar Raghu (Chandra) is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Chandra holds a B.E (Honors) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras, India. Chandra has an IT career spanning 4 decades and has worked in the past for the Tatas, IBM, Unisys, Sun Microsystems, Sungard Energy, British Petroleum, Baker Hughes, and The Viswa Group. His areas of interest include Operations Research, Samskritam, and SanAtana-dharma. After serving as the Faculty Advisor and Director of Language Studies at the Hindu University of America, he is now continuing his lifetime passion of teaching Samskritam full-time. An informal student of Pujya Swamiji DayAnanda Saraswati, he enjoys yoga and meditation and has been teaching Samskritam since 1991, to students across the globe. Chandra's ancestors, specifically Polagam Sri Rama Sastry, have been great Samskritam scholars and poets. His father, Sri Raghunandanan, was given the title of “MeemAmsA shiromaNi” by the Madras Sanskrit College.
