In the 'early days' : As one of the 1st to deliver ads on Fox Audience Networks' MySpace self-service platform and be a portion of the successful proliferation of gift card websites, much has stayed the same and other things have been iterated and modified.

Automation Anytime features a suite of services that include innovation and design modification for successful marketing and advertising conversion rate optimization and return on ad spend with advanced algorithmic centered services and platforms.  

Although online and offline marketing and advertising space can seem uncertain, daunting and 'windy', we feature marketing and advertising services that have morphed past the days of the founder's experience while collaborating and, at times, leading marketing teams and corporate account positions at Citrix Systems' online division in Santa Barbara, California.

It's actually just ME!  Me and the company.

Yes, a sidenote in our introduction BEFORE the main thought of intended communication.  In other words, we (Automation Anytime) are keeping a majority of our 'legacy' content on our site.  Some large brands and content heavy brands and site, either edit post-facto or completely delete the 'O.G. - origination' content.  Rendering some brands and sites, somewhat lost into how, exactly their fearless leaders and brand builders forged their companies.  Perhaps, some brand and website stories are somewhat cruel and gruesome?  Perhaps?

With that stated:  ABOUT US [Automation Anytime]

The true story may be relevant to you, hopefully.  Without belabouring the countless lost revenue opportunities or, the "if only had stayed building that product, brand or service" [our dental site from 12 years ago, conducting analysis was probably our best idea...not even noted in our case studies], we introduce the simple, yet important reasons for the inception and building of Automation Anytime.

There am I?  Where?  All over the place!   And my genius consultant only laughed and mock at my activity.  At least a unpaid friend, however, even the genius advice was basically useless?

Anyways, with 2 startups, a decent sized budget and a 40-50 hour per week role with a "BIG Tech" company - was really headed for business success.  Potentially even hitting close to the "40 before 40".

Unforeseen family occurrences, however, outweighed my audacious, well funded and aggressive aim and goals.

With that said, complexity reduction become more important than any current acquisition and growth that was gained in the months and year prior.

However, the reduction of complexity without something else taking its place (automation systems or at least paid employees doing my job(s)) meant some very important things, tasks and potential business scale would be "paused" or, worse yet, "deleted".  

Years later, after building real world customized automation systems, products and services - the realization that what was "deleted" all those years ago, was somewhat of a prized commodity, nevertheless, still a commodity without innovative value.  

What was paused and restarted, still had marketplace value.

And was was formed after years of toil was the sweet spot of innovative value.

The founder of this and 'other seo sites' started learning SEO in 2004, starting with at the time, a company named Overture, that was bought out by Yahoo and one of the first to launch an ad campaign, for at the time, an innovative 'self-service' platform on MySpace.  A lot has changed since then, but, then again, a whole hasn't.

Then learnt a bit more while in a sales role, however, learning a ton from the SEO manager for a roughly 100 Million per year company...Neil Aronson.

Between 2008 and 2009, while Bernard May, Author, Neil Stein and Gary Putum (from South Africa)  were just, starting out with National Positions (think there were about 3 or 4 reps at the time, and Keith/Travis and myself brought over 4 or 5 reps from another company to fill some of their openings...), learned side by side with their local experts and, perhaps, more importantly seo experts located in Mumbai and New Dehli [Deepak now has one of the most recognized companies in all of India and especially in New Dehli - a long time friend / colleague - even drove Deepak around Las Vegas...Deepak - remember Sam's?)

Thanks for reaching out about the available position.  To clarify my previous recruitment experience there no successful experiences in online recruitment.

Previous scale of startups of a small attorney and lawyer services business (YourLegal411.com) and an energy deregulation call center (www.EnergyPayment.org) were successfully scaled exclusively with existing business work colleague relationships.  My 'leadership' capabilities are questionable, however, while in Corporate Sales and Marketing at Citrix in Santa Barbara my previous manager deployed a theory and version of intraprenuership.  A theory that within the context of a corporate enterprise (as Chip and Dan Heath would say) "bright spots" exist.  How to harness and transform various bright spots into actualized net revenues is a skill.  Perhaps, an unknown skill.  

While at Citrix 'our team' scaled a small start up within the context of Citrix's corporate umbrella.  Starting with 5 sale reps in the marketing department and expanding to over 17 reps.  A net profit of, like, a gazillion dollars, or something.  "We" strategically and tactically deployed hard fought iterative processes to achieve actionable increases in conversion ratios of existing cold leads and freshly marketed leads.

My current 'pre-launch' start up is Automation Anytime.  At Automation Anytime, we have a few innovative task and ideological processes that proverbial and perhaps literally prepares the company for early stage success and net profitability post launch.

Before the 'start-up' / tech world

Age 12:  waking up at 4am with 2 paper routes for Peoria Journal Star.  7 days per week.

Age 17-19:  Inbound call center sales - Consistently 40-80 hours per week of inbound sales 'talk time'.

Age 18-20:  Small vehicle detailing 'start-up' that included professional grade 'classic car' wet-sand process, body work, vehicle painting, and buffering.  Some of my customers included the #1 Montecito, California luxury real estate sales person and 'the Russian Mafia'.  For a professional grade wet-sand process, some customers could pay upwards of $1,000.

Age 20-27:  Various sales for small low tech, internet based companies.
