Reversible Jersey

Shoes

·         Not required but strongly recommended.  There was a guy who played in flip flops.  Once.  Did we mention shoes are strongly recommended?

·         Some guys wear regular tennis shoes.  Ultimately you want a shoe with a sole that works well on asphalt for Walker Park games, maybe something different for league games played on difference surfaces like rubber.

·         Also want good ankle support for protection and explosive lateral movements; think a mid-rise shoe.

·         Pro tip: if you wear custom orthotic inserts, use an older pair for hockey because they will get torn up from constant stopping and starting.
