Karen of KB...Konnected has some amazing LiveBinders, but this one has to be one of the best for this time of the year...Amazing animal webcams. Some of these might be fun to use in your classroom, especially if you are doing an animal unit.

A cool, interactive site all about cells. When you move your mouse over a part of the animal or plant cell, it tells the name of that part. You can click on the part to get a description of what it does. This would be a great site to use on an interactive whiteboard. Neat for upper elementary and middle school students.
