• Senior researcher at the Nordic Institute for Studies in Innovation, Research and Education (NIFU) (Secondary position)

• CREATE - Centre for Research on Equality in Education (One of the principal investigators)

• Centre for Research on Special Needs Education and Inclusive Practice (Part of SpedAims SOS)

• Member of the Young Academy of Norway

• Member of the Council, The Frisch Centre, Oslo 

• CESifo Research Network Affiliate

• Research Fellow at the Institute for the Study of Labor (IZA)
