La Olimpiada Española de Economía participa en la Olimpiada Internacional de Economía desde su primera edición, en el año 2018. De este modo, los 5 primeros clasificados de la X Olimpiada Española de Economía, celebrada en la Facultad de CC Económicas y Empresariales de la Universidad de Santiago de Compostela en junio de 2018, representaron a la Asociación Olimpiada Española de Economía en la I Olimpiada Internacional de Economía, que se celebró en la ciudad de Moscú, del 14 al 22 de septiembre de 2018.
About IEO
The International Economics Olympiad (IEO) is an annual competition for high school students from around the world, focuseing on the fields of Economics, Finance and Business.
The Olympiad is proudly supported by Nobel Laureates Eric Maskin (2007) and Daron Acemoglu (2024), reflecting its strong academic foundations and global relevance.
Participation is entirely free of charge, making the IEO accessible to talented students everywhere .
