e-Portfolios
At ASK we believe employees must become self-directed, independent learners in order to succeed in the 21st century workplace. An e-Portfolio provides a way for employees to take ownership and responsibility for their own learning. All ASK employees are required to record their professional development activties in an ePortfolio. They are also encouraged to develop their own personal learning environment to communicate and share their knowledge and resources with their colleagues.
