Job Descriptions
Here is a list of our Job Descriptions:
Area Leader- Run the A5 meetings, attend the area leaders meeting, communicate with the A5 advisors about what is happening at the state and international levels.
Conference Chair- Setup the conference, organize the opening, student entertainment, and closing of the conference, organize and run the award ceremony. The conference chair is decided by the A5 president Advisor.
Treasurer- Keep account of the expenses and income, report at the A5 meetings, reimburse for charges, make invoices for the A5 Conference, sending the invoices to the advisors.
Secretary- Take minutes at all meetings, organize minutes, send the minutes to the advisors.
Technology Person- Run Registration, online testing, tabulations, preparing reports, sending A5 qualifiers to WADECA.
