We agree that we all spend a lot of time, effort and money to develop a competitive advantage to keep us ahead in the game. We want to prevent misuse of that by a signed NDA.
We also agree that we do not want our suppliers to become our competitors in the future and we want to protect that by a signed NDA.
We are happy to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for our customers for 95 US Dollars to pay to our lawyers for those customer who feel they need it.
Here is the format we usually sign on. This NDA has been arrived at after addressing just concerns of clients like you and factory. It protects all your Intellectual Rights.
So, please feel free to download this NDA, read it, show it to your lawyers & discuss it with your investors, friends & family. You will find it covers all your bases.
This NDA has been used by more than 25 clients in USA, Europe and Australia by brands in consultation with their lawyers.
This NDA is a very fair and balanced NDA protecting your & our basic rights both.
In case, you still need to add any additional lines, please use our format as the base and send us those lines which you would need added and where they need to be added and we will send them to our Lawyers for their opinions along with 100 US $ for review charges.
Once we have their opinion on your additional changes needed, we can advise you further on it.
If you decide you need the NDA, please share your legal company name, Address, contact person Name, Phone Number and email address.
We will send that to our lawyer along with your US $ 95 and they will fill in the details, we will sign and scan and send it to you.
They usually take 4-6 business days after they get the payment.
