We are leading socks and tights manufacturers from India for Men, Women and Kids.

We manufacture dress socks, terry socks, ankle socks, invisible socks, footies and loafers, cycling and sports socks, Anti Slip socks, cotton tights and leggings etc.

We also do Silicon printing on the socks for Grip Socks and Anti - Slip / Non Slip Socks.

Our manufacturing process broadly consist of following as below:

Buyer Requirement: Understand properly, if any clarifications are required they are taken / given at this stage itself.

Sample Development: in available yarn for design/sizes of motifs and in exact colors if required after prototype is approved. We have more than 50 shades of colored cotton and 400 shades of Nylon always available in stock. So, whatever your design may be, if you have the flexibility of using the closest matching available, we can sample it straight away.

Designing: All our socks are made on computerised machines. The design you give us is made using the socks software. Once the design is made, it needs to be adjusted on machine for the right settings of placements, measurements etc.

Production: Purchase bulk yarn from good mill only and send for dyeing.

Dyed Yarn testing: Yarn is tested for color fastness to washing, tensile strength and uniformity of color (no shading).

Knitting and Stitching: Experienced masters, technicians and quality control staff to manage the process.

Socks Softening and Hydro Washing: If costings and buyer requirements allow / want.

Ironing and Packing: As per customer requirements.

We are an ISO:9001:2008 principles.

All inputs/ raw materials are checked for quality before moving to next stage of production.

Sea Port: New Delhi (Dry Port: Capital of India)

Air Port: New Delhi ( Air Port: Capital of India)

Capacity: 150,000 pairs per month.

Yarns Used: Cotton, Pima Cotton, Organic Cotton, Polyester, Poly Viscose, Wool(higher minimums).
