Quality is Most Important factor which allows us to keep getting repeat orders and good word of mouth. We are obsessed with Perfect Fits and Perfect Productions!! That is why we have more than 16 ZARA Standard Mannequins in our factory which are used extensively for testing of the patterns of different sizes for perfect fittings.

We have various checklists and clearly defined procedures which we first train all our employees on. All our employees are trained heavily, quizzed to test their knowledge and then put under our "Mentorship At Apricot" program. Each new employee is assigned to 4 seniors from separate departments and they guide the new employees about the various systems, pitfalls, technical knowledge, hand on knowledge etc.

We have various forms from OF-01 to OF-90 for different purposes and different applications. The most common used ones are used extensively by all departments and each department builds up on the work and entries of the previous department.

For us to operate on "Zero Defect Policy", a lot of hardwork and hand holding goes into it. We are not surprisingly an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Certified Company.

Did you know that Shrinkage testing is a standard feature to be done for all our garments before bulk productions are done. Some fabrics can shrink up-to 10% and if Shrinkage margins are not kept and garments are not pre-shrunk, then end users will have problems.
