Where customers allow us to maintain quality and based on their quantity, we use mill dyed fabrics.

Mill Dyed fabrics are better than local dyed fabrics but have a 300 meter minimum meterage.

All our Dyeing is Azo Free Dyeing.

We have a strict needle control policy and broken needles and needle tips are taken back from the tailors before new needles are issued to them.

We have the technically best Japanese Lockstitch machines for button holes where in each button stich is completed by lock stitch before the next stich on the same button is done. Cheap Chinese machines, if you pull a thread, the entire thread gets pulled and the button comes off. In the lockstitch button stitch machines, the thread is locked firmly after each stitch, preventing the button from coming off easily.

We have in house snap buttons and needle detection machines for our kids Clothing brands. There is an extra charge for needle detection machine usage and we only use it for those customers who ask and pay for it's service and use.
