Depth Psychology Educational Leadership Program and Online Course Development

Ann Amberg, M. C. S., M. A.

Inspired by my love of the beauty of the world, I design and facilitate transformative depth learning experiences grounded in archetypal systems literacy, visionary presence and symbolic ways of knowing. As a scholar of depth psychology, one-on-one advisor, Deep Imagery guide, cross-pollinator, and leadership consultant, I accompany, witness, and inspire others with passion, energy, insight and living images that provide doorways for healing and inner transformation.

I have been engaged at the professional and mythic/archetypal level for over 20 years in teaching, healing, ecopsychological learning design, cultural transformation, group facilitation, women's leadership, soul mentorship, guided active imagination, body/mind awareness, grief work and nature-based soul inquiry.

I am currently researching my PhD in Depth Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute. I hold degrees in Environmental Studies: Integral Ecology, Contemporary Spirituality and Depth Psychology. My professional background is in educational leadership development, online program design, accessible learning systems, curriculum design, cultivating caring communities of practice, art direction, writing, speaking, research, curriculum design, and integral learning in the U.S. and Europe.

In my first vocation as a freelance art director and book designer I worked with individuals, non-profit arts, cultural change and educational organizations, businesses, and corporations including Microsoft, KCTS Nine Television, Seattle Opera, Lands End, Eddie Bauer, ATT, Center for Partnership Systems, The Whidbey Institute, and McGraw Hill Education. I have extensive training and experience in Depth Psychology, symbolic and archetypal literacy, creative storytelling, Jungian dream work, grief and bereavement, and cultural transformation. I am a certified Deep Imagery Guide and certified in Jungian Fairy Tale Analysis with the Assisi Institute.
