PhD Students' Mentorship

Graduate Students: 

Co-supervised Dr. Mrityunjoy Ghosh who joined in July 2018 and defended his PhD Thesis in February 2023 at IIT Madras: I was a joint advisor along with Dr. T.V. Anoop, IIT Madras.

Research Collaborations: with PhD students from Universidad de Concepcion (Chile), TIFR CAM (Bengaluru), IIT Madras and IIT-BHU.

Minor Thesis Mentor:

Mentor for a Minor Thesis titled “Extremal First Dirichlet Eigenvalue” for Pralhad Shinde submitted in March 2014. 

External Examiner:

1. External Examiner for an annual seminar of a PhD student in the Department of Mathematics, IIT Bombay in August 2014.

2. External evaluator for a PhD degree thesis of a student at Department of Mathematics, Universidad de Concepcion, Concepcion, Chile in 2012.

Theory Project Supervision:

1. Theory Project supervisor for intPhD student Mr. Parmananda Das on "A study of distribution theory and Sobolev spaces” in Fall 2022.
