1903 – 1910 Alexander RitchieAlexander Ritchie was a Tea Merchant. He was the son of David Ritchie, a weaver from Symington in Ayrshire, whom his mother, Marion, had married following the death of her first husband. Alexander was married and had at least one daughter, Anne, who married Robert Lamb. Ritchie died around 1910 and the house was put on the market.

1911 – 1916 James Grandison

A commercial agent and sales agent for a textile company in Manchester and for Angostura Bitters – an odd cocktail!

1911 – 1970 House and Office of John Gray (John Gray & Co), Tea Dealer John Gray was a Wholesale Tea and Coffee Merchant (labels) and it may be that he took over the business of Ritchie following his death. He was married to Marion (nee Hurst) and they had two children, Jack and Gladys. John died in 1947 and Marion two years later.
