Perform these steps before calling for service as a dry pump is not covered under warrenty. Callout Fee is $132.00 for the Davey Pumps

to come to the property if the pump is found to be in proper working order but has run dry.

TROUBLE SHOOT SEQUENCE

Green flashing light means run dry

Priming the pump

Turn off mains water to rainbank controller at inlet gate valve

Remove cap at front of pump check for water if not fill up and then refit plug

Check tank gate valve is open

Open water tap anyware perhaps hose tap.

Plug pump into power supply and turn on for 40 seconds and then close tap.

Turn off pump and reconnect to rainbank controller and reastablish
