House drainage or stormwater line clearing using high pressure Water Jetter or Electric Eel.

Please try and locate a drainage diagram for the property in question, if not able to be located the plumbing

contractor can supply one through Sydney Water for a cost of around $30.00 which has to be paid Sydney Water

Can clear choked drainage lines with Jetter or eel.

Note, if the pipeline has degraded to a point where the pipe clearing equipment jams and cannot be removed it will

be necessary to excavate the drainage line and repair the fault as cracked pipes will cause dampness issues within

the property which could lead to termites and odours etc.

Have also Closed Circuit TV viewing for inspecting condition of the inside of drainage pipes or other hidden subjects

Note the clearing of drainage pipes is clearing or cutting out tree roots, this does not repair the pipe.

The pipe will have a crack or some type of failure which is allowing tree roots to infest the pipe line.

This can regrow in time, unless the pipeline is repaired or epoxy lined in the problem area

As a result of this the clearing of drain pipes is not guaranteed unless the pipe problem area is repaired or treated with

foam herbicide Foam herbicide treatment this treatment helps to reduce the damage that the roots are doing to the pipeline.

if not over time the roots increase the damage to the line until it arrives at the point where it is not possible to clear the line

with an electric eel or water jet.

Drainage lines can be excavated and replaced where practicle or can be epoxy lined in some cases where the

situation suits.

EPOXY LINING PIPELINES

Epoxy lining of pipeline is done by dragging a preimpreginated epoxy lining through the pipeline and filling it with

superheated high pressure steam which cures the epoxy sleave.

This repair is as strong as the pipeline itself and can work out in some cases cheaper than replacement of the pipeline.its self.

This repair is very handy where the damage to an area will be too much to excavate, for instance a bathroom floor with cracked

and troublesome drainage with no or limited access under house for repair or replacement.

Or a long drainage line running under a concrete driveway which would be too expensive to cut up and restore.

Before epoxy lining is carried out it is necessary to perfectly clear the pipeline and inspect with CCTV camera to make sure it

is possible to drag the preimpregnated sleeve through the pipeline.
