Unit control taps

Main shut off taps in units check for operation before removing taps.

If a main shut off tap fails it will be necessary to turn off the entire block of

units prior to removal of control tap to repair.

It is necessary also to give 48 hours notice to all the tennants before this happens.

Sometimes this repair can be orginised through the body corperate.
