Essay 1: Summary and Analysis

Essay 1 is a Summary and Analysis essay which fulfills the analytical writing component of the CCCNS objectives for ENG 1021. This assignment also allows instructors to introduce concepts such as the writing process, writing context, critical reading, integrating evidence, and MLA 9 formatting and documentation. Students will begin developing their skills in organization, grammar, writing mechanics, clarity, and using an appropriate tone/voice.
