As we finish up the procedures for putting the AFR Pittsburgh shared disaster cache together, we'll be posting important information to this page detailing how to access it and the use agreement. There is a link below that will direct you to a detailed list of the supplies included. Once the contact person has been identified, procedures will be determined to access the materials.
Many AFR members have had similar questions regarding the use of the materials and we will be posting FAQs as we collect them. So stayed tuned and feel free to submit your own questions!
If you would like to have access to the disaster supply cache, here is the document that your institution must agree to. The Alliance for Response Pittsburgh Shared Disaster Supply Cache Agreement also contains a list of all the materials that are available in the cache.
Pictures of the materials purchased thus far can be viewed here. We also have a video (in two parts) of Tom Clareson from Lyrasis and Tracie Ballock from Duquesne University explaining what materials are in the disaster cache. Check out Part 1 below!
