NP Onc Triage Criteria

Note: if the night hospitalist deems a patient appropriate for the NP Oncology service, the NP cannot refuse

Overarching Teams:

• NP Oncology (Solid / Leukemia / Lymphoma / Myeloma / MDS )

  • ALL Solid Onc pts --> SOLID ONC HOSPITALIST SERVICE

  • Heme Malig pts admitted for NON-Chemo reasons --> Heme Malig HOSPITALIST SERVICE

  • Heme Malig pts admitted for chemo related reasons --> NP Oncology under disease team (Myeloma vs Lymphoma vs Leukemia)

• BMT Oncology (Autologous BMT, Allogeneic BMT, CAR-T, and Aplastic Anemia Patients)
