Multiplier Dice Block

The Multiplier Dice Block appears as a special Dice Block who's sides consist of x2, x2, x2, x3, ÷2, and ÷2! You roll it along with the normal Dice Block, and it either multiplies your roll by 2 or 3, or divides it by 2!
