Basic Operations
1) Assert Not-Reset (ground it): even if you clock the flop and switch the slide nothing will happen. So it can't reset.
2) Assert Not-Set: when float not-set it flips but when you ground it you can't set it - it won't flop even when you clock.
3) Assert Not-Set and Not-Reset (ground both): both lights light up and neither switching the slide nor clocking the flop have any effect.
