Forms of payment accepted 

• Credit card  (accepted through PayPal within the form)

• Check  (mailing address is included on registration confirmation email to the address you submit when completing the form)

• Purchase Order  (If you need an invoice, W9, or any other form completed to be placed on your Vendor list, please email your request to act2.tx@gmail.com )

• Zelle - please remit payment to act2.tx@gmail.com and include your FULL NAME in the message.

Accommodations Information

The dorms have individual rooms within a suite. 

Linens are NOT provided, so bring your favorite sheets (size Twin XL), pillow, blankets, and towels. 

If you wish a specific roommate or roommates, please include that information in your registration or email act2.tx@gmail.com .

Scholarship Application Form 

Complete the scholarship application form to submit an application / request to be considered for a scholarship

ACT₂ Biennial has limited funds available for scholarships.  Scholarships may be full or partial scholarships.  Applications are addressed on a rolling basis.  We will let you know our decision as soon as it has been decided.  Once funds are depleted, this form will be closed and applications will no longer be accepted.

Chemical Request Form

We do not have a sponsor for the chemicals needed for the conference.  If possible, please bring your own.  If absolutely needed, complete this form to request chemicals for your session before 15 May so we can order anything we need.
