Task 3 - Year in Review Project
At the end of each calendar year, everything from movie stars to TV shows to electronics to books to news stories are rated by the media. For this project, students do their own reviews on something that interests them. Students have to pick a topic, research that topic, survey their peers about the topic, and analyze and synthesize the information. They are required to use Excel to share the data they collected, and they compile their information in a PowerPoint which they present to their peers. They also cite their research using Easy Bib. Some students opt to explore other ways to present their information by using Prezi.
