Symbiosis Booklet

This extra credit project will be run as a contest. All projects are due by Friday, March 27th, after which they will be judged by a non-partisan panel of adults for accuracy and creativity.

• First Place (Blue Ribbon) will receive a 10% increase in their grade for the first grading period of the 2nd semester.

• Second Place (Red Ribbon) will receive a 9% increase in their grade.

• Third Place (White Ribbon) will receive an 8% increase in their grade.

• All other entrants may receive up to a 5% increase in their grade depending on the quality of their product.

Create a pamphlet about symbiosis AND to teach grade school children about symbiosis.

Come get a blank pamphlet from me. Then paste in the contents as you create them.

Make sure you carefully look over the rubric so that you know how to get points and how to not lose points.

Research different instances of each kind of symbiosis: mutualism, commensalism, and parasitism.

Write about the most interesting examples in your own words, and then draw or print pictures to go along with them.

This project's due date is the Friday right Before Spring Break.
