About Us

We are a Boys' Brigade and Girls Association Company based in Muirhouse. We work with boys from primary one to 18. We have been working in the area since the 1963. We were first based in Silverknowes Primary then we moved to Muirhouse St Andrews Church in 1964.In June of 2014 Muirhouse St Andrew's Church joined with the Old Kirk to form a new church in the building of Muirhouse St Andrew's. The church was called The Old Kirk and Muirhouse Church. In September 2023 The Old Kirk and Muirhouse Church joined with Crammond Kirk to become Edinburgh North West Kirk. We still meet in the same building and are grateful to continue our link with our local community church.
