Meetings are typically held Tuesdays @ St George's Church from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. from mid-September to mid-June.

Challenging hikes, weekend camps (& campfires), and an introduction to water activities like canoeing are just a few of the fun outdoor adventures that Cub Scouts enjoy. With the motto of "Do Your Best" front and centre, Cub Scouts (sometimes called "Wolf Cubs," or just "Cubs") are encouraged to try new and more challenging activities.
Learning first aid skills, paddling a canoe for the first time, or leading a game at camp can open the door for Cubs to try other adventures they never thought possible. Cubs also experience an exciting variety of other activities: games and sports, model-building, music, story-telling and play-acting. And like the younger Beaver Scouts and older Scouts, Cub Scouts enjoy their adventures with their friends.
Other Cub activities include crafts, skits (short plays that your Cub Pack can create on your own), and of course, the Kub Kar Rally - an annual car-craft build and race. You also get to learn a lot about the outdoors, life skills and about Canada and the World. You get to explore different cultures, religion and also work with your community - which is also a lot of fun!
Cubs (based loosely on the story The Jungle Book) is the second level of the Scouting Program and is for boys and girls aged 8-10. A Cub Scout is a member of the Cub section of the worldwide Scouting movement for young persons.
As a Cub Scout, everyone works together in a team. The emphasis of Cub Scouting is to have fun and learn at the same time. A Cub Scout gets satisfaction from meeting challenges, having friends, feeling good about herself or himself, and also earning badges. Cub Scouts learn new things, discover and master new skills, gain self-confidence, and develop strong friendships.
The program year begins in September, but youth registration and adult leader volunteers accepted almost any time of the year.
