How to get a really Compact Camera Travel Kit. Also applies a bit to phones etc.

Last time i got the heap to the right down to what is on the left. An inch and cm tape in between.

As far as I can tell they have, Nov 2009, completely overlooked one very, very important point.

Two important steps to get a set that is compact on the road.

A bargain if you get rid of 75% weight or volume like I did.

The first step, which works for most travelers, cuts the volume down to some half!

Some 90 % of travelers don't take this step and end up with a larger than necessary kit. It is of course not a simple as selecting the smallest camera.

The second step uses unconventional methods. Last time I got rid of some 30 %!

I don't find them with a Google search.
