This page is designed to showcase the growing network of universities and colleges that have directly reached out to SISQ to share information, opportunities, and support for our students. Each link below will take you to a dedicated page featuring a specific institution..
Our aim is to give students and families easy access to up-to-date resources and a sense of the breadth of pathways available after graduation. Whether you are exploring undergraduate degrees, summer schools, scholarships, or subject-specific workshops, we hope this portal helps you discover new possibilities and stay informed throughout the university application process.
⚠️ Please note: We include these universities based on outreach received. Inclusion here does not reflect a ranking or recommendation, but rather an invitation to explore and learn more.
The Times Higher Education World University Rankings are one of the most widely referenced global league tables, but it is important to understand what they measure. THE places significant weight on research performance, citations, academic reputation, and institutional resources. As a result, large research-intensive universities tend to perform strongly, while smaller or more specialised institutions may appear lower even if they provide excellent teaching or strong professional pathways.
THE also includes metrics on teaching environment, international outlook, and industry income, but these are still evaluated through a research lens. For example, a university with a world-class programme in communication, hospitality, or creative arts will not rank highly overall if its research output is limited, even though its graduates may be very successful in their fields.
Subject rankings within THE can provide a clearer picture for students. A university that is not highly placed overall may be very strong in specific disciplines such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or the Creative Arts.
Students should therefore use THE rankings as one data point rather than a decision-maker. Programme quality, learning environment, graduate outcomes, and personal fit remain the most important factors when choosing a university.
