Welcome to the SISQ Alumni page — a space to celebrate our graduates, share their journeys, and build a strong global network. Whether you are studying, working, or exploring new paths, we are proud of everything you continue to achieve.
In this video, we catch a glimpse of the Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2025. As they await their final results, we wish each of them every success and hope they are rewarded for all their hard work. We look forward to discovering where life takes them next and what adventures lie ahead.
(It does make me wonder whether I can track down footage from previous graduation ceremonies. 2024 was certainly easy enough to find…)In this video, our alumna, Franchesca Argana (2024), shares her reflections on life at SISQ, her path beyond graduation, and the values that continue to shape her journey. A heartfelt message for current students and families about community, growth, and international education in action.

Charles Gestin (Class of 2023)
Now based in Maastricht, Charles is pursuing Engineering at Maastricht University. Reflecting on his time at SISQ, he shares:
“The school itself doesn’t make memories, the people do. I’ll never forget the memories made with the friends I made here.”
His advice to current students?
“Be mindful, Qatar is a bubble. Before taking any major decision, reflect deeply. Take your time, no need to rush.”
Bilal Qidwai (Class of 2024)
Bilal has stayed close to home, studying Economics at Qatar University. He fondly recalls:
“The best memory I had during my time at SISQ was celebrating my friend’s birthday during TOK class.”
His message to students is simple:
“Enjoy your time at school.”
Ismael Brahim Belhaouari (Class of 2022)
Also in the Netherlands, Ismael is pursuing a degree in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at Maastricht University. His standout classroom memory?
“History lessons with Mr Stephen Bradley.”
He encourages SISQ students heading to the Netherlands to:
“Have access to your documents digitally. It saves a lot of time. And do not forget your bike.”
Franchesca Argana (Class of 2024)
Now studying Medicine and Surgery at the University of East Anglia in the UK, Franchesca writes:
“I owe it all to Mrs Bawab and Ms Nader. Without them I would not be where I am today.”
Her advice:
“Always do what you love the most, chase that passion, and never let it go.”
Ege Deniz (Class of 2023)
Currently in Eindhoven studying Electrical Engineering with Automotive Technology at Eindhoven University of Technology, Ege also holds the role of Automotive Technology Ambassador. His fondest memory:
“The impromptu chess matches during break time.”
His parting words?
“Do not think you have life sorted because IB was hard. You are just beginning.”
It has been such a pleasure to see where our students are heading next, and what an exciting mix of destinations and ambitions they are taking with them. As ever, Qatar remains a popular option, with a strong showing across local institutions including Georgetown, UDST, and Qatar University. It is always lovely to see students choosing to stay close to home — and we know they will be doing big things right here.
Canada continues to draw interest, particularly for those heading into Politics, Health Sciences, and Social Studies. We have a good number of students bound for Toronto and other Ontario campuses, and a few planning to embrace the colder weather with enthusiasm.
The UK is still a favourite, with a mix of offers across England and Scotland. Law, Business, and the Creative Arts are especially popular this year, and we are delighted to see how many students have found programmes that really match their interests.
We also have a small but adventurous group heading further afield — including one to Australia, another to Ireland, and a couple exploring their paths in the UAE and Switzerland. It is a diverse, bold, and inspiring cohort.
And perhaps most importantly — the range of subjects students are choosing this year is incredibly varied: from Engineering to Law, Biomedical Sciences to Art and Design, and from International Business to Sports Management. It is a real reflection of their individuality and confidence in who they are becoming.
